Self-Care Skills for Kinky Explorers
Facilitator: CoCo La Creme
We've all heard that Self-care is something that contributes to our general well-being, however, understanding and prioritizing our care needs aren't always straightforward processes. In this workshop we'll explore what self-care means, both on a personal level, and in the context of kink play. What do you need before, during and after a scene to fill your cup and feel grounded? How do we check in with ourselves and develop strategies to meet those needs? Whether you're submissive, dominant or like to switch it up, self-care is one of the key skills that allows us to return to play again and again with energy, intention, presence and enthusiasm.
