WORKSHOP & FACILITATOR INFO
Flirting & Negotiation for Shy Perverts
Facilitator: Carly B
If the thought of approaching another person to play/smooch/fuck causes your words to evaporate and your brain to short-circuit, you are not alone!! On any side of the slash, shy, awkward, socially anxious, and introverted kinksters are more common than you might think, and we are extremely skilled at workarounds.
Let’s share skills and strategies for all the communication-heavy parts of playing with others: initiating contact, expressing desires, negotiating, settling limits, and getting what we really really want. Expressing desire and limits are personally and politically useful skills, and we can practice them! Folks new to the scene and seasoned shy kinksters
welcome.
Carly is a genderqueer fat femme and an old millennial. They flag black, purple, hunter green, and houndstooth on the right, and think D/s is extremely romantic. Carly spends most of their time piecing quilts, leaving lipstick marks on taboos, and prying open binaries like oysters. They strive to be both soft and sharp, and turn this energy
towards their work as a facilitator, cultural producer, and community organizer.
Sensation Play: Fire & Ice! Wax on! Wax off!
Facilitator: Scarlet Reign
Whether you’re new to hot wax play or just curious, this workshop is for you.
Discussion will cover some basic information about hot wax play, the different types of candles that can be used, along with some general guidelines, safety factors, possible hazards and what precautions you can take to avoid any mishaps.
We will dive into how to play safely. How to prepare the area and body to receive the heat and wax. Explore incorporating ice to contrast the sensation caused by the heat. As well as, clean-up and aftercare. We’ll also touch on where to find candles and wax play kits.
After the discussion, you will get hands-on opportunity to test some hot wax on yourself and/or someone else. See the reactions; feel the different sensations and intensity. Test your limit or that of your partner(s). Wax play…Its dripping hot!!
Scarlet Reign is a Toronto-based Professional Dominatrix with over 20 years of BDSM experience and knowledge in her arsenal. She is constantly looking for opportunities to grow and learn new skills, with the intent to provide an array of sinful pleasures to those seeking fulfillment for that which lies deep within.
Being a member of the BDSM community has given Scarlet the pleasure to work on providing a safe space for people to meet and at times indulge themselves in play. She is a switch by nature and very open about who they are. Having experienced both sides of the slash, the Dominant and submissive sides, gives her some insight into what submissives/bottoms go through before, during and after play. Keeping in mind that we are all unique in our own way and in how we react to similar experiences; Scarlet’s submissives come from here and there, do this and that, and have the gender spectrum covered.
She offers a myriad of tantalizing, almost torturous delights which include:
*Age Play
*Corporal Punishment
*Degradation/Humiliation
*Forced Bi-Sexuality/Feminization
*Sensory Deprivation
*Taboo Role Play and more....
Those that go to see Scarlet are open to experiencing the freedom of self-expression in its most natural form.

Info Security in Kink
Facilitator: Naya Naga
In an increasingly digital world, we find ourselves constantly communicating through online platforms that offer little to no protection for our private information, and dealing with corporations profiting off of our personal data. It’s time to reclaim what is yours.
In this workshop, we’ll cover the essentials of what information security is, and how it relates to kink community. Learn the basics to better protect your professional and personal life. Let’s work together to make a stronger, safer community through the 1’s and 0’s.
This workshop requires only active participants. Resources and slides will be shared via the Collective Fantasme discord server, and/or available upon request.
NayaNaga is a active and passionate member of Leather and Latex communities, a play-party organizer, educator and advocate. You'll find her bringing
her knowledge and expertise with information and operations security to queer, indigenous, and kinky groups when she's not on either side of a black hankerchief.

Hot Spots!
Facilitator: PyroMedic B
This hands-on workshop explores cell popping as a technique for creating both temporary impressions and longer-lasting micro-brands. Explore how heat, pressure, depth and timing interact with the skin, with an eye to both sensation and design. Centering safety, we’ll cover essential anatomy, controlled heat application, aftercare and healing, so you understand how to mark and maintain in the weeks to come.
A live demo follows, with close-up visuals of marks evolving over time. You’ll see what actually happens at the interplay of heat and healing, and gain a better
understanding of what makes a mark fade or stay. Finally, you’ll get to play. In small breakout groups, you can practice techniques on leather swatches, experimenting with pressure, pattern, and timing while refining your aesthetic approach.
Bring your design ideas to this one and learn how to control the heat as you leave a mark

Ouch...MMM! Temporary Piercing Workshop 201a Duration and predicaments
Facilitator: Xray Aims
This workshop assumes that participants have an introductory level knowledge of, and experience with, temporary piercing. Though we will quickly cover materials, methods, safety etc. our main focus will be on multiple needle work, more advanced piercing locations, sensation play, tension play, artistic explorations, creating a predicament scene, and longer duration scenes. We will learn through live demonstrations and hands-on experience how to create difficult and perplexing situations where the piercer or piercee has to choose between scenarios with different amounts of intricacy. The more sadistic and creative, the more complex and challenging the choices become. Each person who wants to experience piercing or being pierced will have the opportunity to do so. The first third of the workshop time will be spent in discussion, the second third will be spent watching multiple demonstrations, and in the last third we will split up into groups to get some hands-on experience.
Xray Aims (they | them) is a Boston, MA US based performance artist, temporary piercer and BDSM / kinkster educator who has been piercing in public and private since 2003. Sex and Gender are Rigged! Rope Harnesses for Queers
Facilitator: Leanne Lapspace
Rope can be a tool for self pleasure, connection and empowerment. Holding many metaphors and lessons in learning and transformation, it can be used to feel more at home in our bodies, grounded, and present to play.
Does being tied up help you feel held, relaxed or contained?
Does it help you feel more free, mighty, or capable?
How can we use rope to channel energy, explore our skills and find the right balance of sensations?
This workshop will cover tying techniques for fun, power play and body modification. Together, we will learn: a few techniques to bind and/or accentuate our chests and breasts; custom harnesses that can be adjusted and used to explore our desires; important safety and rope care tips.
Supplies to bring - a pair of safety scissors if you have them, and a minimum of 50 ft/15 m of medium to thick rope. Nylon and hemp/jute are easiest to use for these ties. Rope will be available for any participants who may need to borrow some for the workshop.

Assertiveness for Submissives
Facilitator: CoCo La Creme
Getting what you want as a submissive is all about communication right? Sounds simple enough, but even experienced subs can struggle with re-orienting our scenes and revealing our needs and desires. There can be many reasons why this feels challenging, including difficulties with self-esteem, internal awareness, shame and self-doubt. How can we hold onto the thrilling sensations of giving up control and activating taboos, while remaining present and accountable to our own boundaries and authentic sexual selves?
This workshop will provide a space for subs to meet and discuss what is coming up for us when asserting ourselves feels most difficult. In recognition of the expertise that exists within the group, we will also share strategies and insights to help and support each other, while validating shared experiences.
In addition to creating space for discussion, the facilitator will engage the group in somatic activities designed to help support increased internal awareness and boundary-setting. This will give us a chance to move around and bring our bodies into the learning experience. The workshop will close with a meditation for self-insight, self-trust and pleasure.
