Access & Dungeon Rules

The following notes on Communicable Care, Mobility, and Fragrance pertain to all events, across all venues of Fantasme February.

The Dungeon Rules pertain specifically to the Play Party.

COMMUNICABLE CARE

We are committed to reducing the spread of COVID, RSV, influenza, norovirus, etc. While we will be taking concrete measures to keep us all safe, we also encourage personal responsibility, autonomy, and compassion, recognizing the importance of voluntary participation rather than obligation.

 What We Are Doing

  • Masks provided and ecstatically encouraged!
  • A full refund if you’re not feeling well—if you’re sick, stay home!
  • Air purifiers throughout the space, with clear signage
  • Hand sanitizer and disposable wipes
  • Regular cleaning of surfaces with CaviCide (antiviral and antibacterial disinfectant)
  • Stickers available for anyone to wear to indicate distancing desires
  • We understand that rapid tests are difficult and costly to come by nowadays. Free, non-expired rapid tests will be available at door
  • Condoms, lube packets, naloxone kits (Provided by Black Umbrella)
  • Gloves, puppy pads

This is a community effort and we embrace a culture of mutual care and consideration for those who need additional precautions.

 What You Can Do

  • We strongly encourage you to mask if and when you are able to when attending any Collective Fantasme events.
  • If your health permits, please get vaccinated.
  • If you are able to access any, please test before attending. Testing daily for 2 days prior, and on the event days is recommended but not mandatory.
  • If you feel unwell (covid or otherwise), stay home. Remember—you’ll get a full refund.
  • If recently sick, we very strongly encourage you to mask at the event. Viral shedding can continue for 5–10 days even after you’re feeling better!
  • If you mask, be aware that breaks in masking reduces their effectiveness. Be mindful of frequent mask and face touching.
  • Use hand sanitizer, sanitary wipes, and wash your hands frequently.
  • Report any post-event illness so we can inform participants accordingly.
  • Be responsible!
